Please note that you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. For your peace of mind, we recommend sending the package with tracking to avoid any potential loss during the return process. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any returns lost during delivery.

Please also note that items sent to us without a prior return request will not be accepted. The return status will be updated once we receive and inspect the returned item. After a thorough inspection and approval of the returned item, we will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your bank account.

In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will assess each case individually, and the items will be replaced or a refund will be issued to you.
